  • Foundations Line

Plain-language grounding in how modern AI works, what large language models are good at, where they fail, and how to use them safely on day one. · Beginner · 6–8 hours

  • Prompt Craft Line

A practical method for writing prompts that work the first time: role, context, task, constraints and format, then iteration and reusable templates. · Beginner → Intermediate · 8–10 hours

  • Workflow Automation Line

Find the tasks worth automating, connect AI to the apps you already use, and measure the hours you get back. · Intermediate · 10–12 hours

  • Build with AI Line

From neural-network intuition to calling model APIs, retrieval over your own documents, simple agents and evaluation. · Intermediate → Advanced · 14–18 hours

  • AI for Leaders Line

Strategy without hype: pick use cases, set policy, run a pilot, train people and measure return. · All levels · 5–6 hours

Questions

Is AiTrain free?

Yes. All learning lines, guides, prompts, the tools directory and video lessons are free. The site is supported by advertising, sponsors and donations, and by paid team-training programmes.

Do I need a technical background?

No. The Foundations, Prompt Craft, Workflow Automation, Leaders and Responsible AI lines are written for non-technical people. Only the Build with AI line assumes some coding.

Which AI tool should I learn?

The skills here work across major assistants. If your employer provides one, learn that one first. Our buyer's checklist helps compare options.

Can you train my whole team?

Yes. We run live workshops and multi-week programmes built around your team's real tasks. Request a quote on the team training page.
